INSTORE PURCHASE RETURNS
Please choose carefully as we are not obliged to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and provide a full refund.
If you change your mind about a full priced item purchased instore and wish to return it, you can exchange the item (within 14 days of purchase) for another item or store credit. Proof of purchase is required and the item must not show any signs of wear or damage.
Please note that we are unable to offer returns on gift cards, vouchers, or sale items (unless the sale items are faulty).
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS
At Cherrywood Shoes, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on unused items returned within 14 days of purchase. If you receive an item that you’re not 100% happy with, please contact us within 3 days and return to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
We recommend that when you receive your new shoes, you try them on somewhere where they won’t get damaged such as a carpeted surface. We are happy to provide a full refund or exchange on the condition that the item does not show any signs of wear or damage and is returned to us in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt. In the unlikely event that the shoes do show signs of wear or damage, we will notify you via email and return the shoes to you.
RETURN SHIPPING
Please contact us to discuss via email: cherryshoes@xtra.co.nz or ph: (07) 576-5685 and securely package and return items to us at Cherrywood Shoes, 40 Cherrywood Drive, Otumoetai, Tauranga 3110 via tracked courier (not post). Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they have been received by our store. The cost of return shipping is at the expense of the customer, however online purchases can be returned in store, free of charge.
FAULTY ITEMS
At Cherrywood Shoes, we carefully inspect each item for manufacturer flaws prior to shipping and take great care to ensure items are delivered safely. On the rare occasion that a product may be faulty, please contact us via email at cherryshoes@xtra.co.nz to arrange the return of your purchase for repair, replacement, or refund.
Refunds for faulty items will be notified and processed, once we have inspected and accepted the return using the original payment method.
