The products on our website are only available for purchase by individuals who can make legally binding contracts and who are 18 years or over.

We will do our best to ensure our products are displayed as accurately as possible, however the actual colour may differ slightly between screen monitors and stock batches. We reserve the right to make changes to the information provided on the website without notice. 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

When payment for you order has been completed, the order is unable to be cancelled via our website. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by phone on (07) 576-5685, as soon as possible.

DELIVERY & LIABILITY

All online orders will be couriered without requiring a signature on delivery, however please let us know if a signature is required for security reasons, in your delivery instructions.

Please review our ‘Shipping Policy’ on our website. The delivery times are indicative only and Cherrywood Shoes will not be liable for any failure to meet these timeframes due to courier delays.

REFUNDS

Please refer to our ‘Returns Policy’ for circumstances in which Cherrywood Shoes is obliged to provide a refund.
